U.S.A. CUSTOMS REQUIREMENTS

| When importing personal
belongings into the United States, certain documents must be provided by
the owner of the personal items in order for clearance to be effected. |
| |
| NB: Personal
and household effects can be imported "duty free" if they have been in the
owners use and possession abroad for at least one year, and they are for
their continued use in the new residence. |
| |
| The following details
and documentation must be available to the shipping company prior to the
consignment leaving the country of origin. |

Photocopy
of all important pages of passport (including visa). |
| 2. |
Power
of Attorney (obtained from Euro Movers). |
| 3. |
US
Customs 3299 (obtained from Euro Movers). |
| 4. |
US
Treasury Department Supplemental declaration (obtained from Euro Movers).

| NB: In order
for customs clearance formalities to be completed, the shipper must be in
the United States prior to the arrival of shipment. |

| NEW FURNITURE |
| |
| For all new items of
furniture (i.e. anything less than one year old), shipper must produce a
receipt of sales, showing item, price, date and place of purchase. |
| |
| If the shipper cannot
prove purchase was made at least one year prior to import, goods are subject
to various rates of duty. |
